Just saw this after the Vincent Browne debate post a few days earlier, but actually the same goes for Joe Higgins…
I wonder would he support consumer rights given the wide ranging EU ban on inefficient but useful products in categories as announced 31st March (washing machines, refrigerators, TV-sets etc, following on from the light bulb ban)
