  2. i always watch Vincent on tv3 but i dont think after his comments about reducing drink driving limits he has got a clue. My son was killed by a drunk driver in rural ireland. I wonder would he change his views if it happened to him I am disgusted why doesnt he lobby with the publicans who dont give a damn about anything apart from making money
